 We had our shower replaced with one of your products.  I just had to write to thank you and compliment both the salesman, and the installation person.  Our salesman was very professional in every aspect.  He was never pushy and allowed us to take time in the decision making process.  We certainly appreciated his helpfulness.  The young man who actually did the installation was outstanding.  From the beginning of the day, until completion, he worked extremely hard.  We thought it would take two days for the completion, but he was able to do the work in eleven hard hours.  This was not an easy installation and the shower was located on the second floor.  I know he made at least 75 trips up and down those stairs and NEVER complained one time.  He made sure the debris was always cleaned up and kept us informed as to what was happening and what to expect.  We are impressed with our new shower and would like them to know how much we appreciated their professionalism.  Ted & Shirley
